I'd like to bring to your attention the excellent service
I have received from Mandy who handled my recent vehicle order. I
originally ordered a BMW but due to a misunderstanding with the
dealership, it led to the wrong car beling delivered to me and it
was at this time I believe you were advised of the situation. Mandy
urgently tried to find a suitable replacement and at times I must
say that despite her efforts I feared that the order would fall
through and ultimately leave me without a vehicle and unable to get
to work.
As soon as it became evident that there was a problem with
my original order, she immediately took ownership and made every
effort to find me a suitable car. This provided me with confidence
that she would come through and it was this aspect that encouraged
me remain rather than turn to alternative providers as others may
have done. Through Mandy's continued efforts she eventually found
me a Mercedes that I'm delighted with.
Mandy demonstrated true professionalism and commitment to
providing both a suitable solution and excellent customer service.

I have this week rented a Subaru from your company and
just wanted to congratulate you on the performance of your

I have spoken with numerous people over the last two
